Repite esta serie entre 3 o 4 veces para completar la rutina y no olvides estirar al final del entrenamiento.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>1. Comenzamos este primer ejercicio con los brazos extendidos y lo que hay que hacer es cruzarlos alternativamente para volver a estirarlos: primero la derecha arriba y la izquierda abajo y viceversa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"498\" height=\"323\" src=\"https:\/\/saludhable.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BRAZOS-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1673\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saludhable.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BRAZOS-1.jpg 498w, https:\/\/saludhable.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BRAZOS-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 498px) 100vw, 498px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>2. Para este ejercicio necesitar\u00e1s una silla. Vamos a trabajar los triceps y para ello ap\u00f3yate en la silla con las manos con las piernas colocadas en un \u00e1ngulo de 90 grados. Mueve los brazos en c\u00edrculos durante un minuto. Haz 30 segundos con un movimiento hacia delante y los otros 30 restantes gir\u00e1ndolos hacia atr\u00e1s.<br>Este es facilito. Col\u00f3cate frente a una pared con las piernas separadas y las manos apoyadas en una pared (para no mancharla, lo mejor es poner una toalla peque\u00f1a y apoyar ah\u00ed las manos). Se trata de mover los brazos alternativamente hacia delante como si estuvi\u00e9ramos boxeando. Gira bien la cadera al tirar el brazo.
